Start a return

Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.
  • Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returns and exchanges.

How to return or exchange

  1. Send a request. Submit your return or exchange through our returns portal.
  2. Wait for approval. Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, you'll receive further instructions and the returns address.
  3. Post it within 5 days. The item must be shipped within 5 days of approval, otherwise the request may be rejected.
  4. Include the packing slip. Please put the packing slip inside the return package.

International returns

Non-UK customers who wish to buy a return label from us should contact returns@alhaqthobes.com. Returns sent with labels bought through us can take around 2 to 3 weeks to reach us.

You can also return items with your own courier. When arranging the return, the parcel description must clearly say "Returned Goods". If any customs charges, duties or import fees are charged on the return parcel, the return will be rejected.

Promotional discounts

Where a promotional offer is applied (for example "Buy X, Get Y"), the discount depends on all qualifying items being kept.

If you return one or more items that were part of the promotion, particularly where the discounted item is kept, the original discount no longer applies and its value will be deducted from your refund. This keeps promotions fair and consistent across all orders.

Please note

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost and to return postage.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
